About Edison Oak
Edison Oak is a local, family-owned business specializing in home remodeling. Edison Oak was started by Nathan in order to expedite the renovations pertaining to his real estate investing business. This occurred as a direct result of his dealings with less than desirable contractors, where he routinely found himself getting taken advantage of.
When relying on other contractors, many projects were left undone halfway through. Poor craftsmanship was the rule (not the exception). After a series of nightmare experiences, Nathan decided to become the acting General Contractor on all of his major remodeling projects. The first project Edison Oak oversaw was completed 2 months early and under-budget, allowing for more equity in the home and a quicker transition to the next project.
